Sika has subsidiaries in 102 countries.
Marlon Tørmørtel is a family-owned and high-performing mortar manufacturer based in Denmark, and the company is renowned for its strong product portfolio and its customer-centric approach. The company specializes in the production of mortars, mainly serving contractors as well as serving manufacturers of concrete elements and other specialized applicators. Marlon has developed an efficient supply, providing the basis for significant capacity expansion.
The acquisition creates a growth platform for Sika within the Nordics, providing exciting opportunities for further market expansion and cross-selling with Sika’s complementary solutions.
