Anne Christine Kofoed-Brasted

Anne Christine is an attorney in the Corporate M&A practice group and is specialised in M&A, corporate law and capital markets. Anne Christine has a particular focus on private M&A, corporate law and capital markets, and advises on domestic and international investments and cross-border transactions, including structuring of M&A transactions, legal due diligence processes, drafting of transaction documentation and completion of transactions. 

Additionally, she advises on a wide range of corporate law matters, including company formations and restructurings, warrant programmes, shareholder agreements and capital injections. 

Finally, Anne Christine advises on capital market transactions and capital market regulation.
