DLA Piper has advised Solita and Apax Partners on the acquisition of Heyra Group

DLA Piper has advised Solita on its acquisition of the Copenhagen-based AI and data consultancy Heyra. 

Solita, an Apax Partners backed company, is a Nordic technology, data and design company. The acquisition continues Solita’s expansion in Denmark, strengthens its position in the Nordic AI market and expands its capacity to deliver secure, high impact AI and data solutions to customers across Europe. Headquartered in Finland, Solita has more than 2,000 professionals operating across 8 European countries. Solita is majority owned by the Apax Digital Fund, advised by Apax Partners.

Heyra Group was founded in 2021 and focuses on operational AI and data solutions. 

The acquisition supports the shared ambition to build a leading European AI and data powerhouse. Heyra will continue as an independent entity in Copenhagen, Denmark.
