DLA Piper advises Bonava on the sale of building sites to Ikano Bolig

Bonava Danmark A/S has concluded an agreement with Ikano Bolig A/S on the sale of Bonava’s building sites in Denmark. The acquisition is made following Bonava’s announcement in May of winding up their activities in Denmark.

The sale includes more than 50,000 sqm building rights spread over four building sites in the Copenhagen area allowing for construction of a total of 520 residential and rental properties. The total price is about DKK 400 million.

DLA Piper has advised Bonava Danmark during the entire transaction process with a team consisting of Emilie Møller, Trine Albrektsen, Karsten Pedersen and John Emil Svensson.
