DLA Piper advises Danish Via Biler A/S on the sale of some of its activities to Ejner Hessel A/S

DLA Piper has assisted Via Biler A/S in connection with the conclusion of an agreement to sell its Renault, Dacia and Ford activities in the Greater Copenhagen Area to Ejner Hessel A/S. The completion of the transaction is conditional on approval by the Danish competition authorities.

DLA Piper’s M&A team was made up of Kristian Hjølund Nielsen, Carl Erik Skovgaard, Patrick Møller Toftegaard, and Mette Valler.
