Carl Erik Skovgaard mainly works as a member of boards of business enterprises and deals with business transfers.
Carl Erik has vast experience in preparing strategies as well as in management at both operational and tactical levels.
He has a right of audience before the Danish Supreme Court and is a member of the Danish Management Society, VL-gruppe 35 (a management forum under the Danish Management Society).
He is also a certified arbitrator and is often appointed as arbitrator in commercial-law disputes.

Carl Erik has a wide network of contacts and profound knowledge of various parts of the Danish business sector. He is also Honorary Consul of Iceland in Aarhus and East Jutland.

- Carl Erik participated in the turnaround process of By Lassen ApS spanning negotiations with financial creditors, strategy, board work as well as the final sale to Menu Designers Company | MENU.
- From 2012, Carl Erik was involved in the Board of Directors of R&D Engineering and dealt with intensive strategic work and sales preparation of the Group, concluding in a sale of the business to the US conglomerate MTS Group.
- Carl Erik participates in the Board of Directors of Autorola focusing on the Group’s international expansion and technological development involving the use of AI systems, where he has a particular focus on working capital and financing as well as on working procedures under different governance structures and financial regulatory frameworks on different markets.
