DLA Piper advises Diamant Holding ApS and J Brandt Holding ApS on the sale of all shares

DLA Piper has advised Diamant Holding ApS and J Brandt Holding ApS on the sale of all the shares in Brandt Diamant A/S to Kingo Karlsen Holding ApS in connection with a strategic alliance.

Brandt Diamant A/S is a Danish cutting and drilling company, which offers all kinds of services related to diamond cutting and drilling. The acquisition will propel the Kingo Group, which is a green-minded demolishing and recycling group, towards a market dominating position in Eastern Denmark within cutting and drilling activities. The former executive officers and beneficial owners of Brandt Diamant A/S, Bjarne Brandt and Jeanette Brandt, will continue to run the company.
