DLA Piper advises Jacob PNO Holding A/S on purchase of Kirk Kapital’s shareholding in PNO

DLA Piper has advised Jacob PNO Holding A/S and the Ørnstrand family on the repurchase of Kirk Kapital’s shareholding in PNO, which is the leading provider of trailer rental services in the Nordics.

For the past five years, Kirk Kapital has been a minority shareholder in PNO with an ownership interest of 48%.

Following the purchase of the Kirk Kapital shareholding in PNO, the company is once again fully owned by the founding family, as the shareholding was purchased by Jacob Lee Ørnstrand, who is the son of PNO founder Per Nelson Ørnstrand. Jacob Lee Ørnstrand was already a principal shareholder in PNO with an ownership interest of 52%.
