Alexander Birk Suder

Alexander Birk Suder is primarily engaged in company law, M&A, bankruptcy and restructuring, and advises on issues relating to commercial contracts.

Alexander advises e.g. on issues relating to the establishment and formation of companies, restructuring, as well as the sale and purchase of enterprises, and Alexander is also engaged in contract law, including drafting and negotiating commercial contracts in Danish and English.

Moreover, Alexander has also extensive experience in the restructuring as well as the administration of bankruptcy estates, and Alexander has provided advice to enterprises in distress on the possibilities for saving the entire or parts of the profit-yielding operation via a restructuring/business transfer.

Furthermore, Alexander is also experienced within dispute resolution in as well as out of court, and Alexander has conducted a number of lawsuits and arbitration proceedings, including those arising out of bankruptcy estates in the form of avoidance and disqualification proceedings.

For a number of years, Alexander Birk Syder has been a part-time lecturer on the preparatory course Vis Moot international court competition at the University of Aarhus.
