Mini-Cam, the world’s leading pipeline inspection company and part of Halma Plc (LSE: HLMA), announced yesterday its acquisition of Dancutter A/S and Repipe Lining Systems A/S from the founder Lars Stenberg. Dancutter is a Danish designer and manufacturer of flexible robotic cutting solutions for use in pipeline rehabilitation and maintenance and Repipe Lining Systems is an associated company specializing in spray lining solutions for renovation of wastewater and downpipes.

Dancutter and Repipe Lining Systems will gain access to Mini-Cam’s resources and infrastructure, including technology platforms, design expertise, and a vertically integrated supply chain, while the acquisition will help Mini-Cam deliver on its ambition of offering a wider range of products and services to the wastewater network services sector, providing greater synergies to the shared customer base.

Dancutter will continue to operate under the leadership of its founder and CEO, Lars Stenberg, from its facilities in Viborg, Denmark, and through its sales and service partner network globally.

Mini-Cam is part of Halma Plc which employs over 7,000 people in more than 20 countries, with major operations in the UK, Mainland Europe, the USA, Asia Pacific and now in Denmark. Halma is listed on the London Stock Exchange (LON: HLMA) and is a constituent of the FTSE 100 index.
