Kenni Svanholm Jensen specialises in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), company law, venture investments and private equity funds.  

For more than 15 years, Kenni has been involved in a vast number of complex Danish and international transactions for leading Danish and international PE funds.  Moreover, Kenni has acted for the entrepreneurs of companies such as Danish lifestyle brand Konges Sløjd A/S and Danish health-tech platform provider Zenfit ApS as well as venture funds such as Nordic Eye, Aventures and Dreamcraft. 

He has profound expertise in the entire process relating to such mergers and acquisitions and similar transactions. Within company law, he advises on all aspects and has in-depth knowledge of setting up and structuring incentive programmes.  

Moreover, Kenni is widely experienced in advising on venture-capital investments and has acted as advisor to both venture companies and venture-capital sponsors regarding various means of raising capital, investments, convertible loans, venture debt, the establishment of incentive schemes, etc. 

He also has extensive insight into private-equity structures and assists clients in investments in and the establishment of private equity and venture funds.

  • Acting for Maj Invest on the sale of the Vega Salmon Group to Norwegian Coast Seafood. 
  • Acting for Dutch private equity firm Mentha Capital on the acquisition of Damvad Analytics. 
  • Acting for the founder of Danish lifestyle brand Konges Sløjd A/S on the sale of a majority stake to international private equity fund 3i. 
  • Acting for the owners of Auction Group A/S, which operates the online car trading platform AUTOproff, on the sale of the controlling interest to Europe’s largest car trading platform, AutoScout24, which is controlled by private equity fund Hellman & Friedman. 
  • Advising Danish venture capital firm Nordic Eye in connection with its investment in MATE.BIKE, a Danish e-bike manufacturer. 
  • Advising the Lundbeck Foundation on its investment in Danish asset management company Cresco Capital Services.  
  • Advising the founders of Zenfit ApS, a Danish online health-tech platform provider, on its merger with Lenus eHealth ApS. 
  • Assisting Halma Plc and its subsidiary MiniCam on the acquisition of Dancutter A/S and Repipe Lining Systems A/S, a Danish supplier of flexible cutter solutions.  
  • Assisting Kobaj ApS on its first investment round, whose investors included HeartCore Capital and several prominent figures from the Danish business sector. 
  • Assisting NREP A/S in establishing the ‘21•50’ urban-tech foundation.
