DLA Piper has advised Polaris and G&O Maritime Group on the acquisition of the activities in Global Boiler

With strategically located branches in Denmark, Singapore and the United Arab Emirates, Global Boiler is specialized in comprehensive marine boiler services, offering solutions such as boiler repairs, automation services, and spare parts, which makes Global Boiler a dedicated one-stop-shop for the merchant fleet’s boiler needs. 

G&O Maritime Group, backed by the Danish private equity firm Polaris, is a growing group of niche sub-system companies in the maritime industry, all with market leading products. All of G&O Maritime Group’s brands service the global maritime and offshore industry with high quality products while supporting the green transition in the industry.

Closing of the transaction was completed in the end of December 2024.
