DLA Piper assists BWB Partners in the sale of System Frugt to the Swedish listed company Midsona

System Frugt was established in 1991 and is the leading supplier of both branded and private label solutions and strong consumer concepts within dried fruits and nuts across the Nordics. Earth Control is the main brand of the company. The company handles fruits in systems and started as a supplier of fresh fruits and vegetable to Danish retailers and therefore the company is named System Frugt. System Frugt will continue its operations in Aarhus, Denmark. BWB Partners acquired System Frugt in 2010.

Midsona is listed on Nasdaq Stockholm Mid Cap, with office located in Malmö, Sweden. Midsona operates within organic/plantbased food and healthfood and consumer health products. Midsona operates on the markets in Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway, Germany, France and Spain.
