DLA Piper assists the founders of Zenfit on its merger with Lenus eHealth

Both Zenfit and Lenus are Danish health-tech platforms that assist health professionals in scaling their business by digitizing their workflow.

Zenfit was founded in 2015 by Lasse Stokholm and Mathias Lund and has since then been on a remarkable growth journey leading to the merger with its competitor, the EQT-backed Lenus eHealth. As part of the merger, the founders will receive a stake in Lenus eHealth.

Director Kenni Svanholm advised the founders of Zenfit about all legal aspects of the transaction and reinvestment.
