DLA Piper assists Hapimag AG in the sale of a Danish holiday resort

We are pleased to have advised Hapimag AG in connection with the sale of the holiday resort “Den Gamle Gaard” to a group of Danish investors. The resort has 55 holiday flats, a restaurant, wellness, sports facilities, and approx. 40,000 sqm. of land. Hapimag AG is a Swiss-based timeshare provider with more than 120,000 members and owns holiday resorts in 57 locations, mainly in Europe. The purchase price is confidential.
