DLA Piper assists IT Relation in its acquisition of hosting and support activities from Miracle42

The Danish IT outsourcing supplier, IT Relation, has acquired Miracle42 A/S, which, until now, has been an independent competence centre providing hosting, service desk, support, application operations as well as database-related services in Miracle42.

In particular, Miracle42 is known for its competences within the operation and development of i.a. SQL and Oracle databases. With its acquisition of Miracle42, IT Relation enhances its position in the market for the development, monitoring and operation of complex databases, particularly in the Microsoft and Oracle environments. The acquisition includes 50 employees based in Ballerup and Viby, respectively, etc.
