DLA Piper assists the owners of IT consultancy firm Inspari on its sale to valantic
This merger supports Inspari’s growth ambitions beyond Danish borders, and now, when providing advisory services concerning transformation from strategy to data implementation and operations, the consultancy firm will be able to offer a wider range of competencies and services to its customers.
The sale to valantic means that the private equity fund Blue Equity ceases to be a shareholder, and CEO Jens-Jacob Aarup continues as a shareholder together with the other management members, albeit with a minority stake.
DLA Piper assisted the owners of Inspari A/S in connection with the sale, and the M&A team was made up of Partner Eskil Bielefeldt, Attorney and Director Andreas Arent Jespersen, Attorney and Director Kim Rasmussen, Attorney Anders Hosbond Nielsen and Senior Project Manager Sanela Lulic.
