DLA Piper contributes to The Legal 500: Shipping Guide

We are happy to have contributed to the annual Legal 500 comparative guide for Shipping, which is now available.

The guide aims to provide a pragmatic overview of the law and practice of shipping law across various jurisdictions. Each chapter of this guide includes information about the current issues affecting Shipping in a particular country and addresses topics such as state control, conventions, arrest/detention, bills of lading, and limitation of liability, as well as insight and opinion on the most common issues in their respective country.

Christian Benedictsen-Nislev, Henrik Frandsen, and Per Vestergaard Pedersen have written the Danish chapter, which describes relevant parameters and characteristics of the Danish shipping market.
