DLA Piper has advised AskCody on the sale to Volaris Group

AskCody is a leading SaaS platform for meeting management and resource planning. It streamlines room booking, catering, guest registration, and office administration into one integrated solution.

AskCody has been acquired by Volaris Group, part of Constellation Software, which applies a buy-and-hold approach to driving sustainable, long-term growth in software businesses.
