Philip Flensburg Clausen

Philip is an attorney in the Corporate M&A department and specializes in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and general corporate law. Philip has a particular focus on private M&A and advises on national and international investments as well as cross-border transactions.

He assists throughout the entire transaction process, including the structuring of M&A transactions, legal due diligence processes, the preparation and negotiation of transaction documentation, as well as signing/closing and the completion of transactions.

In addition, Philip advises on corporate law matters, including company formations and restructurings, warrant programs, shareholders' agreements, and capital contributions.

Philip advises clients across a wide range of sectors, comprising both privately owned companies and larger private equity funds.
