DLA Piper has assisted NRGreen with its sale to TSG Group.

NRGreen is a Danish company engaged in design, installation and maintenance of solar systems for commercial customers and is considered a high-profile player on the Danish market. 

TSG is a leading European provider of technical services and energy infrastructure, actively contributing to the mobility sector's energy transition across over 30 different countries.

With this acquisition TSG further enhances its capacity to provide comprehensive, responsible solutions for commercial, industrial, and mobility infrastructures throughout Europe.
