DLA Piper has advised BWB in the sale of Holmris B8 to Mentha Capital

BWB has entered into an agreement to sell all of its shares in Holmris B8 to Mentha Capital.

Holmris B8 is a leading sales and design house developing, selling, and realizing innovative interior design solutions for public and private spaces with sales offices in Norway, Germany, Sweden and The Netherlands.

Closing of the transaction is subject to regulatory approval from the relevant competition authorities.
