DLA Piper has advised Constellation Cold Logistics on the acquisition of Agri-Norcold

Constellation Cold Logistics is a leading European cold storage and logistics provider with 26 cold storage facilities across seven European countries, including Norway and Sweden and has 900 employees.

Agri-Norcold was founded in 1964 in Aalborg, Denmark and today holds nearly 1/3 of Denmark's total cold storage capacity. The company operates 10 frozen goods terminals strategically located across Denmark near key export and import points. Since 2012, the company has been owned by TA-Logistics and Danish Crown.

With the acquisition of Agri-Norcold, Constellation Cold Logistics enters the Danish market and strengthens its position in Europe.
