DLA Piper has advised Northern Horizon Capital on the acquisition of a new 4,500 m2 private care home under construction in Hørsholm, Denmark

The care home is being developed by Scandinavian Property development and will be operated by Attendo, a leading private provider of care services in the Nordics. 

When completed, the care home will have 60 modern residential units, service areas and various attractive common areas covering a total floor area of 4,500 sqm. The project has been designed by Danielsen Architecture and will carry gold certification for sustainability from DGNG and is expected to be completed in the summer of 2025. The purchase price is confidential.
