DLA Piper has advised PROARK on its sale of a legendary building

Danish property company PROARK has sold a legendary building of approx. 7,500 square metres to Danish pension fund Pensam. The building, which is situated in Nyropsgade in the heart of Copenhagen, used to be the hotel and head office of Danish travel agent Spies, and today it houses offices and a theatre. The transfer was completed as a transaction of companies at a triple-digit million-kroner amount.
