DLA Piper welcomes three new partners and a new equity partner

On 1 January 2023, DLA Piper’s owners will be boosted by three strong partner profiles and a new equity partner.

Kristian Hjølund Nielsen has been a partner since 2018 and is admitted as an equity partner. He specialises in issues of commercial law, including mergers and acquisitions and company law. He provides advice primarily to sellers and buyers in all kinds of transaction processes – with a particular focus on the SME segment.

Anette Moll Berg is appointed partner and specialises in trademarks, copyright and design as well as marketing law. She advises on trademark design and registration strategies relating to trademarks and designs and on exploiting and enforcing rights. She also conducts litigation regarding these issues.

Andreas Medom Madsen is appointed partner and specialises in litigation before the courts. He has conducted a considerable number of lawsuits before the Danish High Courts and is particularly experienced in acting for bankruptcy estates in proceedings relating to avoidance and damages.

Kenni Svanholm Jensen is appointed partner and specialises in mergers and acquisitions and Danish company law, including the establishment, reorganisation and dissolution of companies, warrant programmes and mergers and demergers, at national as well as international level. Kenni is widely experienced in advising on venture-capital investments.
