Kemp & Lauritzen’s acquisition of Lindpro now completed

Kemp & Lauritzen’s acquisition of Lindpro from MT Højgaard was completed on 31 March 2020 following approval by the Danish competition authorities.

Now, Kemp & Lauritzen can start integrating the Lindpro people and activities into its business in Denmark. The acquisition of Lindpro is strategic and contributes to positioning Kemp & Lauritzen as the most significant technical contractor in Denmark. Kemp & Lauritzen provides solutions within electricity, HVAC, aeration and cooling and offers unique specialities as well as day-to-day services for large contract projects. The purchase price has been agreed at DKK 265m.

Kemp & Lauritzen was advised by a DLA Piper team made up of Karsten Pedersen, Sara Schjørring and Diana Sloth Nielsen. Michael Klöcker and Jacob Borum submitted the notification of the merger to the competition authorities.
