New guide from ENLI about information material and medical devices

Ethical Committee for the Pharmaceutical Industry (ENLI) has prepared a new separate guide to summarize relevant information for pharmaceutical companies that want to provide information material and medical devices to healthcare professionals. The guide only applies to companies that have chosen to comply with ENLI’s rules by affiliation to ENLI. The basis for the guide is information from ENLI’s promotion code § 14 and the guidance to this. In the end of the guide, ENLI has included a Q&A session with practical and specific situations including answers about how the rules works in these situations.
