Re-Match Holding A/S has been admitted to trading on Nasdaq First North Premier Growth Market

We are proud to have acted as legal advisor for Re-Match Holding A/S in connection with the admission to trading on Nasdaq Frist North Premier Growth Market and public offering of new shares. The public offering has given Re-Match Holding A/S gross proceeds of DKK 175 million (excluding any proceeds from the execution of an overallotment option).

Re-Match Holding A/S is a recycler of artificial turf using a recycling process to return worn-out turf to its original components; plastic fiber, rubber, sand, and backing – ready for use in new production cycles.
