Esben Aggerbeck Biering specialises in energy and utilities law as well as environmental and planning law.
Esben provides advice on the regulation of the energy and utility areas as well as on environmental and planning law issues to municipalities, utility companies, industrial organisations and private enterprises.
Esben has experience of conducting proceedings before the general courts as well as before the Danish Planning Board of Appeal and the Danish Commissariat for Land Acquisition.
Since 2017, Esben has lectured at courses at various Danish conferences and professional associations, including DANVA (the Danish Water and Wastewater Association) on topics relating to environmental, planning and property law.
Esben has authored a number of articles on issues of environmental and planning law published (in Danish only) in LandbrugsInfo (a Danish e-magazine for agricultural news) and has also prepared specialist consultation responses on new environmental and planning law legislation.
