Frederik Lind Jørgensen
Frederik Lind Jørgensen works in our IP and Technology practice group where, together with the rest of the team, he provides advice to both national and international clients on marketing law, consumer law and intellectual property rights, including in particular trademarks, designs, copyright and other naming rights such as domain names.
He is engaged in registration strategies, enforcement of rights before the authorities and the courts, the drafting of all types of IP contracts and assists in connection with due-diligence processes.
Through several years, Frederik has acquired broad knowledge within marketing law as well as IP law. He graduated in 2021 from the University of Copenhagen, having completed a thesis on internet platforms’ liability for copyright infringements.
