John Bjerre Andersen focuses on lease law and has vast experience in legal advising within the sale and purchase as well as development of real estate.
John provides advice within all areas of lease law including business leases. Acting for lessors, he has successfully conducted several housing proceedings of general public importance before the Danish Supreme Court. He also lectures at courses for lessors held by Ejendomsforeningen Danmark (Danish property owners' Association) and Danske Udlejere (a Danish housing association).
