DLA Piper advises local investor group on purchase of an apartment block in the residential property Vestervang located in Aarhus, Jutland

DLA Piper Denmark has assisted Vestervang Invest af 2019 Holding A/S, a local investor group, in connection with its purchase of Vestervang 25A-K and Vestervang 26-34 in Aarhus. The apartment block contains 152 housing units and was sold by the property investment company NREP.

The distinctive residential property Vestervang, which was designed by the Danish architecture firm Friis & Moltke, overlooks the Botanical Gardens and contains 950 housing units, which were built during the period 1967 - 1986.
