Mai Tran
Mai Tran specialises in employment and labour law.
Mai advises on the drafting of employment law contracts and documents. She also provides assistance in connection with disputes, incentive schemes and terminations of employment. In connection with employment-law disputes and resolutions, her advice spans the spectrum from settlement negotiations with trade unions to legal proceedings.
Furthermore, Mai has assisted in preparing a number of independent legal investigations of the working environment in Danish enterprises, where she interviewed the employees and assisted in fact-finding, etc.
In addition, she deals with due diligence in connection with major transactions.
