Olivia Saceanu Saugman specialises in real estate and has significant experience in real estate transactions (M&A Real Estate) as well as commercial and residential lease law (Asset Management).
Olivia advises both Danish and international players, assisting her clients throughout the entire transaction process – from due diligence and structuring to contract drafting and negotiation.
Olivia also has extensive experience in commercial and residential lease law in general, including advising on and drafting and negotiating commercial and residential lease agreements as well as regulating owners’ and homeowners’ associations.
Combining her solution-oriented approach and strong commercial understanding, Olivia ensures value-creating advice and effective solutions to support her clients’ business objectives.
- Advising Stockrate on the acquisition of multiple residential and commercial properties for the Group’s portfolio and providing ongoing legal advice in connection with their development.
- Advising Danish Industry on the drafting and negotiation of commercial lease agreements as well as the management of the organisation’s whistleblowing scheme.
- Advising Poulsen & Hansen A/S with responsibility for the Group’s corporate legal matters across 15 group companies and asset management of its portfolio comprising more than 50 properties and 200 leased premises.
