Rasmus Schou Pedersen
Rasmus Schou Pedersen provides advice on all aspects of company law, including company formations, general meetings, share issues, shareholders’ agreements, warrant programmes, restructurings (mergers and demergers), liquidations and business transfers (M&A).
In addition, Rasmus deals with corporate finance and capital market law. Rasmus advises on IPOs, rights issues and private placements as well as the admission to trading of securities on regulated markets and multilateral trading facilities. His advising concerns prospectus preparation, corporate governance and compliance in relating to disclosure requirements, etc. Furthermore, Rasmus has experience in chairing general meetings in listed companies.
Rasmus is also an external lecturer at the Faculty of Law, the University of Copenhagen, where he lectures in the master-level subject “Company law”.
