Sofie Lauth Pedersen

Sofie Lauth deals primarily with real estate, advising on business lease law, commercial issues and transactions. Sofie provides advice to various types of clients, including project developers and property owners. Moreover, she conducts litigation relating to real estate. 

Sofie’s primary practice areas are the sale and purchase of properties as well as project development, including sale and lease back, project management, the drafting of consultancy agreements and negotiations. She also provides advice within business lease law and assists in drafting and negotiating contracts. 

Sofie advises on transactions, including as regards due diligence, the negotiation and conclusion of sale and purchase agreements as well as the conduct of closing. In addition, Sofie assists DLA Piper Denmark’s environmental team in connection with the conclusion of real estate contracts regulating polluting activities.
