  • The establishment of the property group Kronhusene. 
    Søren assisted in connection with the establishment of the Danish-Swedish property group Kronhusene. Expectations are that the joint venture will develop and construct 500 residential units a year. We advised on all legal issues of the transaction, including company law, finance law and tax law. 
  • The sale of Martin Bencher (Scandinavia) A/S to Maersk. 
    Søren acted for the sellers on their sale of the Aarhus-based logistics provider, Martin Bencher Group, which counts 170 employees in 22 countries all over the world. The transfer also implied obtaining regulatory approvals as well as significant cross-border elements. 
  • The sale of DS Gruppen A/S to Goldbeck.  
    Søren assisted the sellers of the Danish manufacturing group, DS Gruppen A/S, on its sale to German Goldbeck. The transaction implied regulatory approvals as well as preparatory cross-border transactions.
