Søren Dejnbjerg Jensen
Søren has advised on a number of complex transactions, including the establishment and optimisation of group structures, mergers and sales of owner-managed companies. For example, Søren has assisted in the establishment of the Kronhusene group, advised on the sale of Martin Bencher to Mærsk and on the merger of ALD and LeasePlan to form the current Ayvens.
In addition to his work as a solicitor, Søren has experience as an external lecturer in Corporate Finance Regulation at Aarhus University and has previously taught contract law, EU law and property law, as well as serving as a thesis supervisor in company law.
Internally at DLA Piper, Søren is responsible for the department's student assistants and is a member of the firm's Next Generation Shadow Panel, which acts as a sparring panel for the firm's management in strategic and cultural contexts.

Søren assisted in connection with the establishment of the Danish-Swedish property group Kronhusene. Expectations are that the joint venture will develop and construct 500 residential units a year. We advised on all legal issues of the transaction, including company law, finance law and tax law. - The sale of Martin Bencher (Scandinavia) A/S to Maersk.
Søren acted for the sellers on their sale of the Aarhus-based logistics provider, Martin Bencher Group, which counts 170 employees in 22 countries all over the world. The transfer also implied obtaining regulatory approvals as well as significant cross-border elements. - The sale of DS Gruppen A/S to Goldbeck.
Søren assisted the sellers of the Danish manufacturing group, DS Gruppen A/S, on its sale to German Goldbeck. The transaction implied regulatory approvals as well as preparatory cross-border transactions.
