Stine Gellert

Stine Gellert advises Danish and international companies and public authorities. 

Stine has advised and assisted companies in relation to transport, logistics, trade in goods and services as well as commercial agreements and matters. Her assistance includes, among other matters, drafting of standard agreements and negotiation and making of agreements and their application in practice.

Stine also advices and assists companies in relation to sustainability and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) and rules thereon and companies' policies, procedures, reports, due diligence and agreement thereon. 

Stine also has experience in providing advice and assistance to companies and public authorities regarding natural resources, energy, environment, climate and international law. She also provides advice on telecommunications and communications satellites. 

Stine advises and assists companies on the interpretation and application of rules on sanctions and expert controls as well as in relation to drafting and applying policies and procedures regarding compliance with the rules in that respect.
