DLA Piper advises BookBites on its acquisition of Publizon

DLA Piper has advised BookBites A/S in connection with the acquisition of all shares in Publizon A/S. The sellers were the two Danish publishers, Gyldendal A/S and Lindhardt og Ringhof Forlag A/S.

Publizon A/S is a Danish provider of digital publishing and distribution of e-books, audiobooks and podcasts to a wide range of Danish publishers, retailers, libraries and third-party services.

DLA Piper’s M&A-team was made up of Nicholas Lerche-Gredal, Michael Klöcker, Anette Moll Berg, Josephine Bloch Jensen and Oliver William Forrester.
