DLA Piper advises Carsoe shareholders in connection with sale to Solix Group

The shareholders in the Danish company Carsoe, including Carsoe CEO Mikkel Jacobsen and Danish private equity company Industri Udvikling, have concluded an agreement with Danish investment company Solix Group on a transfer of the shares in Carsoe.

Carsoe designs and produces industrial processing equipment for the food processing, dairy and seafood industries. Carsoe has a revenue of more than DKK 500 million a year and employs approx. 250 people in Denmark, Norway, Britain and the US.

The current management will continue to run Carsoe after the sale and will also reinvest some of their proceeds from the sale.

The Carsoe shareholders were advised by a DLA Piper team made up of Karsten Pedersen, Søren Egeberg and Nikolaj Schmidt Nielsen.
