DLA Piper advises Grøn Vækst Holding A/S in the sale of 100% of the shares in Grøn Vækst A/S

Grøn Vækst Holding A/S has agreed to sell 100 % of its shares in the landscape gardening company Grøn Vækst A/S to Armorica Danmark A/S, a Danish portfolio company owned by the French company Idverde. Idverde is owned by the private equity fund Core Equity Holdings.

Grøn Vækst A/S is a nationwide landscape gardening company specialized in green environmental solutions with focus on green maintenance and construction tasks as well as slippery road control and winter service.

 The transaction is pending closing, which is expected in August 2022.

 A DLA Piper team led by Karsten Pedersen, Jacob Sørensen and Andreas Egeblad Arendt has advised Grøn Vækst Holding A/S on all legal aspects of the transaction.
