DLA Piper advises Mentha Capital on its first Danish transaction

In June 2022 it was announced that the Dutch private equity firm Mentha Capital was about to enter Denmark with a EUR 250m Fund VII ready to deploy.

Here six months later it has been announced that Mentha Capital (via its simultaneous investment in Amsterdam Data Collective) has successfully acquired its first company in Denmark by taking over Damvad Analytics.

Damvad Analytics is a data science and strategy consultancy based in Denmark and Sweden who has a strong presence in pharmaceuticals, financial services, the public sector, and philanthropy.

DLA Piper has advised Mentha Capital in the acquisition of Damvad Analytics.
