Cecilie Mejer Helwig Rasmussen
Cecilie works with commercial and company law with a particular focus on national and international mergers and acquisitions within a number of sectors and industries. Cecilie assists on investment structures, drafting and negotiation of transaction documents as well as process management and legal due diligence.
Finally, Cecilie has extensive experience in providing legal and tax advice during underwriting processes in connection with warranty and indemnity insurance.
