Cecilie Mejer Helwig Rasmussen works in our Corporate M&A practice group, where she advises international businesses, private equity funds, venture capital sponsors and insurers on all legal aspects of a transaction.
Furthermore, Cecilie focuses on direct and indirect taxes and has vast experience of providing tax advice, managing and driving major cross-border projects and underwriting processes in connection with W&I insurance.
