Van Mossel Automotive Group enters Scandinavia with the acquisition of Mercedes-Benz CPH

Van Mossel Automotive Group has made its first ever transaction in Scandinavia by entering an agreement to acquire the Mercedes-Benz activities in and around the Copenhagen region.

Mercedes-Benz CPH is a Mercedes-Benz full-service dealer for passenger cars and vans and as a service partner for Mercedes-Benz trucks, Smart and Fuso. The company also has a Mercedes-AMG performance center and damage repair activities. Mercedes-Benz CPH has 330 employees in six locations in the Copenhagen region.

Van Mossel Automotive Group is the largest car dealership in Benelux with more than 6,600 employees and with an annual turnover of EUR 6,2bn.  

Closing of the transaction is subject to regulatory approval from the relevant competition authorities.
