DLA Piper advises Oxford Properties on the acquisition of 27 logistics and industrial properties in Denmark

Oxford Properties Group (“Oxford”) has acquired 27 urban logistics and light industrial properties from funds managed by M7 Real Estate. The properties comprise 223,800 sqm. and are located in Greater Copenhagen and the Triangle region.

The acquisition marks Oxford’s debut investment in the Nordics and follows Oxford’s acquisition of a French portfolio consisting of 30 urban logistics and light industrial assets comprising 169,000,000 sqm. The total purchase price of the Danish and French portfolios amounts to EUR 360 million.

DLA Piper has advised Oxford Properties on the transaction with a deal team consisting of Emilie Møller, Thomas Albrechtsen, Trine Albrektsen, Sara Berg Tind and Joachim Kundert Jensen.
