DLA Piper advises Vestas on Romanian onshore project
A DLA Piper team lead by Martin Juste and supported by Alexander Severance, Joachim Kundert Jensen and Nicolai Rothemejer Hansen (with additional support provided by DLA Piper Romania) has advised Vestas on the EPC contract, service contract, and associated agreements and documents with Vestas’s customers Low Carbon and Rezolv Energy for the first phase of the Vifor Wind Farm in Buzău County, Romania.
This phase will have an aggregate capacity of 192MW, consisting of 30 Vestas V162 EnVentus turbines. Each of the EnVentus turbines will have a capacity of 6.4MW, a hub height of 166m, and a rotor diameter of 162m when installed. Construction is expected to be completed in 18 months.
