DLA Piper assists on a EUR 3,5 million investment in Danish based med-tech company focused on medical cannabis

We are pleased to have assisted the Danish based med-tech company, QNTM Labs, in connection with a EUR 3,5 million funding round led by a consortium of strategic and private investors. QNTM Labs is focused on analytical testing and consulting services to advance cannabis science.

DLA Piper has worked closely together with the founders of QNTM Labs, Justin Ihnken and Connor Murphy, and the newly appointed chairman, Christian Carlsen, from Volvér Ventures. The DLA Piper team was led by partner, Ulrik Bangsbo Hansen, and attorney, Kristine Hansen.
