DLA Piper assists IT Relation in its acquisition of the Swedish Oracle-provider

The Danish IT outsourcing supplier, IT Relation, has acquired the Swedish company Emineo, who delivers Oracle databases and service hereof.

The acquisition of Emineo is strategic and will enhance IT Relation’s position in the market where IT Relation already operates Miracle42 known for its competences within the operation and development of i.a. SQL and Oracle databases. With its acquisition of Emineo, IT Relation enhances its position in the Swedish market for the development, monitoring and operation of complex databases, particularly in the Microsoft and Oracle environments.

IT Relation was advised by a DLA Piper team of Karsten Pedersen, Sara Schjørring and Ida Boysen, and with assistance from DLA Piper Sweden in the due diligence.
