Ida Boysen
Ida Boysen deals primarily with national and cross-border mergers and acquisitions as well as investments (M&A).
Ida advises Danish and international clients on the sale and purchase of businesses ‒ from the initial structuring of the process to the conduct of legal due diligence as well as in connection with the negotiations and drafting of transaction documents.
She also advises on a wide range of general issues of commercial and company law, including in connection with the establishment of enterprises, investments, warrant and share-option schemes as well as other shareholder and management issues.
